#HappyHolidays #SeasonsGreetings #HappyChristmas

Hello  Thank you so much for stopping my last blog before Christmas so I wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all a magical holiday season with family & friends, may it be filled with peace & joy.  Christmas ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… I wanted to start by sharing the following thought on a recent Women’s Ministry Event I attended. Christmas can be a difficult time for the most parts, we want it to be perfect, the run up to Xmas is full of preparations for the big day & we start preparing well in advance to ensure it is. It can also be a time of sadness where there is such an emphasis on family & friends. We all have or carry out come sort of void or sadness that can make living in wholeness challenging. Our life is never fully complete without knowing who are saviour is.  I very much enjoyed the word below are the main things I took away:  - When we suffer lost it leaves a physical, mental ...

Drawing a line under the challenges & adversity, Focusing on my #hopes & #dreams for #2016

Hello Thank you for stopping by as the New Year is approaching I am in clearing my mind to ensure I am fully embracing 2016 as much as possible. This means drawing a line under the challenges & adversities of 2015. Taking a fresh approach for the coming New Year- it’s all about taking yourself to the next level, setting goals, set a plan & sustaining a positive mental attitude to see it through. The theme is how I have turned my pain into my purpose & my mess into my message. The main inspiration behind this is the belief that I hold, which is the space between our dreams & reality is our action. #xmasgiftideas #GiftsForHer #GiftsforTeens We are very passionate about inspiring kids & youth to think and be beyond their circumstances. Merchandising KIMI’s #blog was an important part of our journey in doing so because words has power to condition the mind into possibilities. #positivesayings printed #ecofriendly #fashion #totebags World-wide shippi...

#healing & #restoring the past- changing #mindset & creating a better future for generation & self

Hello  Thank you for stopping by at this week’s blog-I am continuing to be bringing together my thoughts & learning. I want to be in the best shape to make 2016 my best year yet- filled with adventures & joyous times.  The main inspiration behind this is a quote by Oprah- ‘The biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams’. It deeply resonated with me because I lost count of the time, when someone asks me how I am. My response has always been same old, same old. It made me think that if my life is not an adventure, I need to start to think & be different. I cannot use the same mindset & expect a different outcome that has created by current reality.  Have you checked out KIMI’s #positivesayings printed #ecofriendly #fashion #totebags yet? #heal #restore #visualise & live in the here and now

Hello Thank you for stopping by at this week’s blog-I am continuing to be capsulizing my thoughts & learning to ensure I am stronger in mind, body, soul & spirit. I am keen to make 2016 my best year yet- making things happen, turning dreams to reality & more so living in my higher self.  Have you checked out KIMI’s #positivesayings printed #ecofriendly #fashion #totebags yet? world-wide shipping available. https://www.etsy.com/shop/ThinkingKIMI?ref=shop_sugg With love and hugs KIMI X What we do today is a prediction of our future- SK… ……………………………………………………………… I was inspired by the above quote because we typically live in two worlds, the past or the future. If we are not carrying the past, we are worrying about the future & therefore we fail to live in the present. The quote had a profound impact on the way I think because if- I reflected on my present it was as a direct result of my past choices or (lack) of actions. I was stuck in a c...

The cycle of dysfunction and strife is all too familiar. I turn into someone that felt defeated and deflated. We can only teach...

#DuncanBannatyne Riding the storm-my journey to the brink & back #book #review

Hello  Thank you for stopping by at this week’s blog- This is a short Review of Duncan Banantyne’s -Autobiography.  Have you checked out KIMI’s #positivesayings printed #ecofriendly #fashion #bags yet? Global delivery available please enquire.  http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/thinking-kimi Duncan Bannatyne (DB) - story was quite rightly titled-Riding the Storm: My Journey to the brink and back. I absolutely loved it so much so-my 9 year old is reading it too. It doesn’t matter to be whether she doesn’t fully understand it. What’s more important that she starts to thinkbig, when you think big from the offset it becomes the norm and your paradigm. Start small, think big is a great lesson in business that this book illustrates. One ice-cream van can turn into multi-million pounds businesses.  I felt really inspired, encouraged and uplifted by DB story because it shows that it’s never too late to get it together. It’s easy to feel discouraged when you are not ...

#Book #Review #GokWan #autobiography through thick & thin

Hello Thank you for stopping by at this week’s blog- This is a short Review of Gok Wan’s-Through Thick & Thin-Autobiography. Have you checked out KIMI’s Eco-Friendly printed #bags of #inspiration #positivesayings #mantra #giftsforher #xmasideas yet? Global delivery available please enquire. http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/thinking-kimi I am a massive fan of Gok Wan’s work- I love his motto buy less, wear more and dress well for less. It really is a great read for those seeking general inspiration to those who have hit hard times personally and professionally. It so true that behind every success story then is a story before the story. I think we can all relate to being stuck in a job that has no prospects, which we care little for, because it’s not where our passion is. Going from one job to another and for it to not work out how we envisaged sounds all too familiar. Our real dreams seems out of reach and far-fetched because we don’t have the right connections and the lis...

KIMI x This week I felt inspired to share a raw period that lead me to a place of peace-dealing with the drama, dysfunction and strife. The reality is we all live in a broken world, where nothing is ideal anymore. Learning to heal from brokenness, disappointment, trauma and wounds-which naturally lead to forgiveness. The biggest revelation I read was-forgiveness is for yourself, not for the other person-TD Jakes. I come across so many testimonies that there is life after unhappiness, leading productive lives after abuse, trauma and hurt. The common theme is ‘letting it g...

Be #encouraged- paradigm shifts can change the course of your life

Hello Thank you for stopping by at this week's KIMI’s #blog.  Do you have any questions ? - I will answer them in subsequent post(s), contact details below: Have a great week. KIMI x  Email:  thinkingkimi@gmail.com IG @thinkingkimi FB @ThinkingKIMI  Twitter @ThinkingKimi The theme this week is ‘ be encouraged’ ……………………………………… I wanted to reach out to all the readers and followers of this blog, regardless what you are going through if you feel encouraged, you will find a way to make it work. For example, my physical environment by in large is not desirable, with the power of SM I am able to reach globally out to be encouraged everyday with likeminded people. You cannot achieve a different life, using the same mindset that created your current reality- you cannot start to do differently until you start to think differently. A powerful sermon that I watched was TD Jakes-The Paradigm Shift- he explains this effortlessly. I l...

#beliefs - #thoughts - #words - #actions - #values = #destiny

Hello Thank you so much for reading this week’s blog based on the words of Mahatma Gandhi- applying my personal journey. Have you checked out my line of cotton bags, love to hear your thoughts? I have taken out my KIMI bag this week- to the Bath Children’s Literature Festival, keeping my little princess #inspired. If you take yours out - Facebook, Instagram and Twitter me as Thinking KIMI. Let’s spread ‘inspire greatness living’. Below is a quick snapshot of how my life is changing through my beliefs within the last 12 months, hope this helps to inspire in some shape or form: Beliefs: I believed what I was fed that ‘I won’t amount to much’ unbeknown to me this belief has taken root and posed as burden to my self-development and I never really saw much greatness. After some intense therapy to address some of the historic issues. I was inspired to transform my beliefs system from thinking I was stuck to thinking in possibilities, moreover the belief starts with self, b...

#TDJakes-Let it GO #forgiveness frees your body, mind, spirit and soul

Hello A big warm welcome to KIMI’s blog- I am so happy and excited to share some personal breakthrough. I hope this information would be helpful in some shape or form. Please share and help me to spread the word. I had a rough couple of weeks, I felt the weight of my troubles and it was becoming a sign of frustration for me. I listened to a very poignant sermon about breaking chains-and I received a pray to break the chains and to live freely in body, mind, spirit and soul. To also learn to listen to God and guide me throughout my life. My mind was so busy that I was unable to focus so I listened to soaking music by Julie True. I prayed afterwards and cast my cares and concerns to God, I asked him to guide me to find a solution. I then came across a TD Jakes Sermon-Let it go, every word of this spoke to me directly. Below are the main points I took away: -        You cannot reach your destiny whilst carrying your history in your hand. - ...
